Creating a campaign

  1. From Inbox → Campaigns → New.
  2. Pick the audience: everyone, a saved segment, or filters (tag, source, last activity…).
  3. Write the message — personalize with variables like {{name}}, attach an image.
  4. Send now or schedule.

Safety first

  • Delivery is batched with delays — never one burst that risks the number.
  • Track progress live: sent, delivered, replied.
  • Replies land in the Inbox like any conversation and get assigned normally.
