Trial sessions: from booking to conversion

The full cycle

Teacher availability: send the teacher their “availability link” — a page where they mark open trial slots and days off.
Booking: from the customer card in the Inbox choose “trial session”; the system shows only genuinely available times and blocks busy or out-of-window slots.
Notification: the teacher instantly gets a WhatsApp with the trial's details (student, day, time in their own timezone).
After the session: the teacher confirms and rates; you follow up with the parent to convert.

On the trial subscription's page change the billing type to monthly or pack — dates and schedule carry over with no re-entry.

“Grant trial sessions” is a separate permission — give it only to trusted staff.
With the capacity limit set to “exclude trials”, trials never consume the teacher's capacity.
