Adding a teacher
From CRM → Teachers → Add: name, specialty, pay basis (per session or per hour) and rate, and the timezone if the teacher lives abroad — their messages arrive in their own clock.

Linking WhatsApp
Link the teacher to a contact (WhatsApp number) so they receive session confirmations, booking notices, and salary messages. One number belongs to exactly one teacher — the system blocks sharing a number between two teachers.
The capacity limit
From Settings → CRM & Billing → Teacher limit:
- Basis: student count or upcoming-session count.
- Default limit, overridable per teacher from their page.
- Hard block or warn-only at the limit.
- Count trials: ON = paid + trial together must fit; OFF = trials unlimited, only real subscriptions consume capacity.
