The rules system
From Settings → Session Reminders you can add multiple rules: a reminder 24 hours before, another one hour before, and a teacher rule after the session to confirm it — each rule has an audience (student/teacher) and a customizable template with variables like {{student}} and {{time}}.

Smart timing
- The time in each message renders in the recipient's own timezone when set (a student abroad, for example) — otherwise the center's timezone.
- 12-hour format uses a clear AM/PM marker — no 3 AM / 3 PM confusion.
Teacher confirmation
After a session's end time, the teacher gets a WhatsApp message with a one-tap link: did the session happen? — confirming deducts the session from the pack and records attendance, and if the student was absent the parent automatically gets an absence alert.

Important
Reminders go only to active subscriptions — paused, cancelled, or ended ones message no one, teacher included.
