ZewFlow brings everything an academy or education center needs into one place: customer conversations on WhatsApp and other channels, automated replies, student profiles and subscriptions, session and teacher schedules, and invoicing.

Main sections
- Inbox 💬 — all customer conversations from WhatsApp and other channels in one unified queue, with assignment to agents and teams.
- Automation ⚡ — reply flows that greet the customer, collect their details, and hand the chat to the right agent.
- Education CRM 🎓 — parent and student profiles, subscriptions (monthly or session packs), and trial sessions.
- Sessions & Teachers 📅 — weekly schedules generated automatically, teacher confirmations over WhatsApp, and evaluations forwarded to parents.
- Billing 💰 — automatic invoice generation each renewal cycle, a manual review queue before sending, and payment recording.
Everything is connected
Once you register a student with a subscription and a weekly schedule, the system takes over: it generates the sessions, sends reminders before each one, asks the teacher afterwards to confirm it happened, deducts from the pack or prepares the renewal invoice — and every message shows up in your Inbox.
