Courses
In CRM → Courses define each course: name, default billing type (monthly/pack), default price and session count. Opening a subscription auto-fills from the course, editable per customer.

Discounts
- Preset discounts: ready-made percentage or fixed amounts agents pick while enrolling.
- Promo codes: codes with usage limits and expiry — the customer mentions it, it applies automatically.

Manager approval (optional)
With “discounts require approval”, any agent-applied discount waits for a manager before taking effect — trusted staff can be granted self-approval.
