Contacts, labels, and segments

The contacts page
Inbox → Contacts: all your customers — search by name or number, open any profile with their conversations, subscriptions, and invoices.

Labels
Tag customers with colored labels: “interested”, “VIP”, “late payer”… Labels show next to the name in the Inbox so agents instantly know who they're talking to — and label visibility per role is configurable.
Segments
A segment is a saved filter (e.g., “parents with no active subscription” or “came from a Facebook ad”) — use them in broadcasts for precise targeting instead of messaging everyone.

Key fields on a profile
- Timezone: set it for customers abroad — every reminder arrives in their clock.
- Invoice consolidation preference per parent (merged/separate/default).
- Children: add students right from the profile.
