Connect WhatsApp by scanning a QR code

Connection steps

  1. From the sidebar open Inbox → Channels.
  2. Click Add Channel and choose WhatsApp (QR).
  3. A QR code appears on screen.

  1. On the phone that owns the number, open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked Devices → Link a Device.
  2. Scan the code. Within seconds the channel status turns Connected ✅ and conversations start appearing in your Inbox.

Number-safety tips

  • Keep the phone online most of the time — a long disconnect can drop the session.
  • Start with a moderate daily message volume on a new number and increase gradually.
  • If the channel disconnects you will see the “Disconnected” status — just re-scan from the same page.
  • You can link several WhatsApp numbers and set a default sending channel.
