Group classes (circles)

When to use classes

1:1 lessons use regular subscriptions. A group circle — one teacher, several students, a fixed slot — uses the classes system: one schedule for the class, every enrolled student follows it.

Setup

1. Create the class: name, teacher, and capacity.
2. Set its weekly schedule (e.g., Sat & Tue 7 PM) — meetings generate automatically.
3. Enroll students — each enrollment is tied to a paying parent.

What runs automatically

• Pre-meeting reminder: each guardian gets ONE WhatsApp naming their own children in that circle — in their local time.
• Teacher confirmation: after the meeting, a one-tap “did it happen?” message.
• Attendance: recorded per student — present or absent.

A student whose class enrollment is paused receives no reminders and isn't counted.
