Attendance, absence, and makeup sessions

Session states
- Scheduled → upcoming.
- Pending confirmation → time passed, the teacher was asked.
- Completed → confirmed (deducted from packs).
- No-show → the student didn't attend.
- Cancelled → called off beforehand.
The absence alert
The moment a session is marked no-show, the parent gets a WhatsApp within minutes: “Notice: [student] missed today's session at [time]. Would you like to book a makeup?” — sent once per session, never for paused subscriptions.

Makeup sessions
From a cancelled or missed session hit “Book makeup” — a new session is created linked to the original (an auditable makeup chain), with the usual conflict checks.
Pack deduction
On pack subscriptions a session is deducted when confirmed completed — no-shows deduct or not per your policy (the remaining-sessions counter is editable on the subscription page).
