Add a parent, students, and a subscription

The parent comes first

Everything starts from the contact (the parent). They are registered automatically the moment they message you on WhatsApp, or add them manually from the Contacts page. From their profile you add the children (students) — each child has an independent schedule and sessions.

Opening a subscription

Go to CRM → Subscriptions → New (or straight from the customer profile).
Choose the parent, student, course, and default teacher.
Pick the billing type: Monthly (renews every month from the start date) or Session pack (a number of sessions consumed one by one).
Set the price; you can also add a free trial period.

Notes

One parent can pay for several children — the “consolidated invoice” option merges them into one invoice.
Two siblings can book sessions at the same time — each student's schedule is independent.
